Our tour guide, Christopher Robinson, was a bright and energetic young man with a wonderfully witty sense of humor. He helped us to feel like we were a part of the tour, and not just tourists. The city is spectacular and I can't think of any better way to see the sights than on a segway (especially with all the hills)! My wife and I are going to take a segway tour every time we vacation in San Francisco, it was that awesome!!

By far this was my teenage son and my favorite thing about our trip to San Francisco! We went on a bay cruise, rode the cable cars, went to Alcatraz, the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk and the Winchester Haunted House; nothing compared to the fun we had riding the Segways around town! The guide was great with my 13 year old son and it is all he has talked about to his friends since we got home. We plan to come back to town in a few months so that we can take the advanced tour. This is a great activity for teenagers!!!

My husband and two teenagers all went on the night tour and it was absolutely wonderful. We had so much fun as a family and enjoyed the night air and all of the city lights. It is such a relaxing activity to do on vacation. We enjoyed getting an overview of San Francisco while driving around freely. I highly recommend this tour to anyone!

The training and safety instructions were top notch! Jerome,our guide,was fun and friendly and added a nice verbal spice to the tour part. If money were no object we would have done the 'advanced' tour in a heart beat!

This was the first time my family had been on a Segway, and it was amazing. The tour took us places we didn't get to see on any other tour, and we all had a great time. I wish we could have stayed in town longer for another tour. I would definitely recommend this tour. P.S. I really liked the tour guide, I think his name was Chris from Paso Robles, CA. He was extremely knowledgeable about San Francisco, and genuinely enthusiatic about the Segway; I felt he cared whether we had a good time on his tour.

Fantastic experience! I've lived in the bay area for years and had a friend come to town and we took this tour. Even as a local it was amazing that I'd never seen most of the things the Segways can access... mostly because they're soo small and mobile. Would definitely repeat this tour!

the training and experience on the Seqway was excellent and worth the adventure we found the tour part somewhat not very informative although the time would have been better spent on just touring around the city and not worring about the details. Loved the Segway.
